How to make changes or cancellations

Changes and cancellations by phone

Cancellation by phone can only be done during the business hours. Please call the KOTO BUS reservation center.
In order to proceed with the process smoothly, please tell us your "reservation number" and "the name of the representative" on the phone.
Boarding place can be changed until 3:00pm of the day of departure. Change in the date of departure or the type of bus will be processed as cancellation and can only be done after once cancelling the reservation.

Changes and cancellations from My Page

For cancellation from My Page, please login to My Page, go to [Reservation details] - [Current reservations] - [Cancel the reservation] by the time of departure.
* Please note that cancellations cannot be made after the departure time.
If cancellation is not done by the registration time, it will be handled as "no show-up with any notice" and will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

    From [Current reservations] of My Page, proceed by clicking [Reservation details/changes/cancellation] button of the bus you desire to change or cancel.

    Select [Change reservation] or [Cancel reservation] of the bus you desire to change or cancel and select the applicable items and continue.

About cancellation fee

If the reservation is cancelled or changed due to customer request, cancellation fee will be charged for every person from the total cost.

* The standard of cancellation date will be during the business hours (10:00am-6:00pm). Therefore, if you have requested cancellation using email instead of phone, it may be processed on the next working day.
