You can now issue receipt from My Page.
Notes when issuing receipt
一部無記載の発行はお断りしております。発行日や、お名前等、一部無記載での領収書の発行はお断りしております。ご了承ください。
領収書の金額はポイント等値引き後の金額になります。クーポンやポイントご利用の場合、領収書の金額は「値引き後の金額」での発行となります。値引き前の金額での発行はしておりませんので、ご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
Flow to issuing receipt
ログイン後マイページからバス到着の3日後(旅行終了の3日後)より出力可能です。
* Issuing is available only if payment is done by credit card or by direct debit.
* The receipt issued by the convenience store will be the only receipt if you used "Convenience store payment".
* If the addressee is left as blank, the name of the person who made the reservation will be printed.
* You can only issue receipt once from My Page. Once you issue a receipt, the display will change and will not be able to issue the receipt anymore.
* In order to reissue receipt, please contact the KOTOBUS Reservation Center. "Reissued" will be printed on the reissued receipt.

1. Select from "List of reservation history"
After logging into My Page, go to "List of reservation history", and click the applicable reservation detail you wish to issue the receipt for.

2. Issue receipt
After entering the name of recipient from "Check details of reservation", click "issue receipt", then confirm the details by double checking the name of recipient, and click "issue".
