Reservation from computer / smart phone

Seat availability/new reservations / changes or cancellations/left behind item inquiry may be done using the inquiry below from computer/smart phone.

    Enter the fields required and search. Then, select the desired boarding/arrival place, departure/arrival time, seat type, etc. and select the bus that meets your requirements.

    Select the desired boarding/arrival place (boarding section) and enter the number of passengers.

    Check the route, boarding/arrival place, number of passengers, plan, seat type, and fare that you have selected and place into cart in order to move on to reservation.

    In order to make reservation, you need to register as a new member. If you are already registered, enter your email address(or login ID) and password and login to your account. If you are not registered, please register as a new member.

    Enter your personal information (such as name, email address, name of passengers), and select payment method. If the person who made the reservation is not riding the bus, please enter the emergency contact information of the person who will be using the bus.

    If prepaying, select from "Credit card payment" or "Convenience store payment/other methods".

    Please check your "reservation number" which will be shown once reservation is completed and the "Reservation registration sheet" which will be sent to the registered email address. The reservation number will be needed when getting on the bus.

  • No need to come to the store! We will send you all information necessary to get on the bus such as your reservation number to your registered email address.
  • You can check for seat availability and reserve through the above phone number by checking for details written in the homepage or pamphlet.
  • You can pay by bank transfer, convenience store and credit card when you reserve by phone as well.
  • Please dial the above phone number for left behind items as well. We will respond as soon as we receive the call, but may not be able to answer right away if the crew is taking a nap or for other reasons.
  • Changes and cancellations cannot be done by this company for reservations made from other websites, so please contact the company you made the reservation for inquiry.
